The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford, IL provides pregnancy and sexual health services, resources, referrals, and education to women, men, and families at no-cost. We believe each individual has the right to get information from a resource that will not profit from their reproductive health choices. Get private and professional services at no cost to you.

We're your first step. We provide no-cost pregnancy testing and obstetric ultrasounds so you can know how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable.

STD TESTING & SEXUAL HEALTH

If you've experienced any of the most common symptoms of an STD, recently had unprotected sex or a change of partners, or are pregnant and considering abortion, it's time to get tested. We provide free testing for the most common STIs like Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, and you can discuss your health and get treatment. Contact us today to make a confidential, cost-free appointment
